Product Description
Styren acrylic based, designed for gross concrete walls and ceilings, used for increase to penetration for concrete and gypsum plaster surface coloured textured primer.
Properties
İt is water based and easy to application. Improves adherence to concrete, cement and gypsum based plasters gross, cement and gypsum based plaster prevents the rapid loss of water.
Application
All surfaces have to be clean, dry and dust free. Loose particles on the surface should not be. 4 to 6 liters of water is added inside the 12 kg. bucket. Mixed with a mixer for 3-5 minutes with 400-600 rpm. The mixture is not used in a short period of time with periodic re-mixing process should be moved to obtain a homogeneous distribution. Use textured roller. Wait for 24 hours to fully dry. At the end of this period should be the application of cement and gypsum based plasters. Application temperature is bettwen +5 °C and +35 °C hammam, sauna, bathroom and so on. (high humitidy area) and exterior use is strongly discouraged.
Drying Time
Touch dry 1-2 hours, hard dry 24 hours. (23 °C, 50% R.H.)
Consumption
Depending on the absorbency and the surface roughness of about 250-300 g/m2.
Storage
Store in dry, cool places and protect from freeze. Storage temperature is between 5 °C and 35 °C.
